You Won't Believe They're E Liquids! The use of electronic cigarettes is becoming more and more widespread as public opinion is shifting in their favour as an alternative to smoking tobacco. It's completely legal to 'vape' indoors, so you need not worry about standing in the cold trying to get your lighter to work.
